Process Management

  • Assessment activities on the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes and the interdependencies between them in order to structure the process architecture and identify scenarios of optimization
  • Detailed analysis and documentation of the processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, in order to define areas that need improvement, also providing support in implementing the changes
  • Defining work models for process management, focused on increasing the level of process stability and educating participants on roles, targets, monitoring mechanisms, etc.
