  • Defining strategies for assessing both individually and team competencies, as well as the preparation and implementation of customized training plans
  • Organization and delivery of courses and specific concepts, with a focus on specific BI processes and methodologies, depending on the needs and development direction set for the team (coaching, focus groups, step by step guidance in daily activities)
  • Preparation of detailed courses specific to the BI processes and educating participants to improve their knowledge on processes management and methodologies on how to improve them
