Overview

We’re looking for an iOS Developer to join one of our Mobile Development teams. You’ll design, build, and maintain high-quality iOS applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Backend Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to develop secure, scalable, and performant mobile solutions.

Requirements

iOS application development

  • Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using modern development practices.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable mobile solutions.
  • Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following established coding standards.
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces that provide an excellent user experience.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Backend Developers throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation for implemented features and components.

Application architecture & integration

  • Develop applications using modern iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, VIPER, or Clean Architecture.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party SDKs.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Ensure seamless integration with backend services and enterprise platforms.
  • Optimize application architecture for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to support end-to-end solution delivery.

Performance & quality

  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.
  • Identify and resolve application bottlenecks and performance issues.
  • Ensure application stability across different iPhone and iPad devices.
  • Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring where appropriate.
  • Follow security best practices for mobile application development.
  • Continuously improve application quality through refactoring and code reviews.

Testing & deployment

  • Develop and maintain unit and UI tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Collaborate with QA teams during testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Support application releases through App Store deployment processes.
  • Investigate production issues and implement fixes when needed.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release automation.

Collaboration & continuous improvement

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest iOS technologies and Apple development guidelines.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve applications, processes, and development standards.
  • Support junior team members through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Desired profile

Must-have

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in native iOS application development.
  • Strong knowledge of Swift and UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON-based services.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles and mobile application architecture.
  • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and App Store publishing process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Swift Concurrency, Combine, or Reactive programming.
  • Experience with Core Data, Realm, or other local persistence frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD solutions.
  • Experience with Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Messaging).
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as XCTest and XCUITest.
  • Experience working in Banking, Retail, Insurance, or Telco industries.
  • Published applications available on the App Store.
