Data Modelling 4 Power Users teaches you the standards and principles of modeling applied to consumption marts (dimensional modeling) and how to efficiently select data.

Participants gain knowledge about the data model available within the organization (types of entities, relationships, attributes, historization), how to identify business terms and map them to the model, relations, and modern techniques to transform data into valuable information.

DWH Technical Analysis

  • Course participants go through the E2E process of business and technical analysis specific to DWH and reporting deliveries.

They will learn the standards for defining business terms, evaluating the completeness of requirements, identifying master data sources, profiling and qualifying these sources, and techniques and standards for preparing STM (source to target mapping) specifications.

Additionally, participants will cover impact analysis and design standards for reference data management objects.
