Overview

We’re looking for a .NET Developer to join one of our Software Engineering teams. You’ll design, develop, and maintain modern enterprise applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. You’ll work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and business stakeholders to build secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions that support critical business operations.

Requirements

Software development & solution design

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the Microsoft .NET platform.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
  • Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
  • Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Backend development & integration

  • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core.
  • Design and implement business logic supporting enterprise applications.
  • Integrate applications with databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.
  • Develop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Build scalable microservices and distributed applications where appropriate.
  • Ensure application reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Database & data access

  • Design and develop database components using Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Implement efficient data access layers using Entity Framework Core or similar ORM technologies.
  • Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams on enterprise data integration.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security.
  • Support database optimization and maintenance initiatives.

Testing, deployment & DevOps

  • Develop unit, integration, and automated tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with QA teams during testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and delivery processes.

Cloud & application operations

  • Develop cloud-ready applications using Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • Support application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve application reliability and operational excellence.
  • Implement secure application development practices.
  • Participate in platform modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and Microsoft ecosystem advancements.

Desired profile

Must-have

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET Core / .NET and ASP.NET Core.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core or similar ORM technologies.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, or Azure SQL.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD platforms.
  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
  • Experience with Blazor or ASP.NET MVC.
  • Experience working in Banking, Retail, Insurance, or Telco industries.
  • Microsoft Azure Developer Associate or .NET-related certifications.
